Course description
The ESI certificate is designed for newcomers and recently arrived immigrants who need English for community and civic life: understanding service information, completing forms, writing requests and appointment messages, handling phone calls and service-counter interactions, and advocating for themselves in everyday situations.
The program builds functional independence and communicative confidence, with certification based on realistic, real-world service and civic tasks.
