The iLEAD Beauty Academy Professional Beauty & Makeup Artistry Programme is a comprehensive, competency-based vocational certification built around five pillars: Skin Science & Colour Theory, Tools & Sanitation, Structural Face Artistry, Occasion & Media Application, and Business Operations & Marketing.

Delivered through in-person practical sessions and digital learning modules, the programme takes students from clinical foundations (skin anatomy, undertone theory, colour correction) through advanced structural technique (contouring, eye mechanics, brow architecture) to media- and occasion-ready looks (bridal, editorial, evening, and cultural applications), finishing with a full business launch pack (pricing, client intake, marketing plan) so graduates are ready for freelance practice from day one. The curriculum is explicitly inclusive — a minimum of 50% of practical model hours are completed on deep and melanin-rich skin tones — and assessment is continuous and competency-based rather than exam-only, centred on a professionally photographed portfolio and a live client application.
